At ATM they had the idea of solving manual renditions and that is why they decided to go to Rindegastos, beginning the implementation process in January of this year. Faced with this, Andrea clarifies that it is the opposite: “it is a tool to add value, enrich them and improve their professional profile”.

Andrea tells how the way of expense reporting accounts has changed, calling herself a “Rindegastos fan” since, through the platform, she has managed to improve and automate the processes of the different companies he has worked for since the platform was on the market.

What does ERP integration with Rindegastos mean?

Rindegastos easily adapts to any ERP on the market or accounting system used by companies, which leads to multiple benefits that will further optimize times in relation to expense reports.

This integration with SAP, as Andrea mentions, was quite friendly, since accounting entries and documents (mainly invoices) were initially integrated, automatically remaining within the system. Later, Rindegastos was integrated with SoftLand, which It was also an easy process according to the Administration and Finance manager.

He tells us that from his experience that ”the cost of the integrations is quite cheap, in relation to the decrease in the workload that is had, the precision that it gives and the clarity about the expenses”. In less than 2 years, they managed to amortize the investment of Rindegastos and other digital tools that they implemented.

Results

As well as in ATMs and the different companies where Andrea has implemented Rindegastos, our platform has been a great ally to optimize, streamline and make the processes of expense reports transparent.
